Job Title: Technical Recruiter/Engineering Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad – work from office

Working hours: Monday to Friday 1 PM to 10 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM (during daylight saving)

Salary: Open to discuss + uncapped commission scheme

We're seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team at FinTop Consulting Ltd, a dynamic UK-based recruitment firm with offices in London and Ahmedabad. You'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and delivering top talent for our diverse clientele across various sectors including technology start-ups, software houses, and financial institutions. With support from our UK-based Business Development & Account Management team, you'll have the opportunity to thrive and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

You will be based in our state-of-the-art brand-new office in Gota, Ahmedabad

We are seeking individuals who:

At least 1-2 years of experience in engineering or technical recruitment

Prior experience in the UK/EU market is essential

Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities

Cultivating a positive mindset and winning attitude

Dedicated, focused, and eager to learn

Proficient in time management with a commitment to ethical practices and delivering high-quality service

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sourcing potential candidates by searching through different job portals and LinkedIn to find the best possible talent for our clients

Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews.

Maintain regular communication with candidates.

Collaborate with the UK team to source top talent.
