Job Description:

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Subject Matter Expert in Finance Operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of AP, AR, Order to cash, and Procure to pay knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and analyze project/account level Profit & Loss (P&L) statements & its performance

Generate insightful sales reports for commission calculations

Analyze and calculate overhead costs for accurate financial reporting.

Cost Management & Optimization:

Conduct in-depth project cost analyses to identify areas for improvement

Generate OPT (Opportunity Tracking No) reports to optimize order fulfillment

Analyze project costs to identify areas for cost savings and improve efficiency.

Transfer Pricing & Segment Reporting:

Implement transfer pricing framework/strategies for intercompany transactions

Develop customized reports for different business segments based on stakeholder needs

Generate ad-hoc reports as requested, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the business needs.

Different segments of reporting as per requirement:

Customize reporting formats and content based on the specific needs of stakeholders or management

Generate ad-hoc reports as requested, ensuring relevance and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills required:

Minimum 5 years of working experience

Educational Qualification: MBA, M.com, BBA, B.com

MS Office – Outlook, Advance Excel, word, PPT

Complete understanding of accounting & financial operations

SAP FICO.
