Lead Dotnet Developer

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of .NET developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using the .NET framework.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across projects.

Architect and design scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

8-10 years of experience developing software applications using the .NET framework.

Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other related technologies.

Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer are advantageous.
