Key Responsibilities:

2+ Years of experience in IT HR related field.

2+ Years of experience in Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Assist in performance management activities, including performance reviews and goal-setting processes.

Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Administer and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and related platforms.

Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Develop and optimize workflows and automation to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software is a plus.

Proven experience in HR systems administration or HRIS management.

Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations in India.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
