Senior MIS Specialist (Human Resource Team)

Location: Gurgaon

Full-Time

As an MIS Specialist, you will work closely with all the COEs in the People Operations team and lead with your data analysis and report presentation skills, you will enable HR leads to identify and leverage technology and talent analytics that can help them plan workforce strategies & innovate on the process. You will be responsible for efficiency improvement plans, accurate data capturing, monitoring & reporting.

Responsibilities:

Data Mining

- Collect all the data from different cross-function teams and users.

- Analyze the data to derive the performance indicators & offer insights.

- Automation & Standardization of data consolidation

Reporting

- Prepare & Publish Weekly / Monthly reports & dashboards.

- Clean and analyze large datasets using various tools & methodologies.

- Report & present findings using data visualization and BI tools.

- Creates & maintains databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track important metrics and KPIs.

Efficiency improvement / Automation

- Drive HR process innovation using a digital-first, location-independent strategy by creating a roadmap from ad hoc, task-based automation projects to end-to-end process transformation.

- Identify requirements and suggest modifications to optimize the efficiency of the processes.

- Develop, Test, & Implement reports and supplemental processes to support business needs.

Requirements:

4-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis.

Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and macro coding experience.

Hands-on experience with PowerBI OR Tableau.

Expertise in database management tools & programming languages.

Strong track record of contributing/enabling leadership in the data-driven decision-making process.

Excellent knowledge of data analytics, data mining, & Data crunching.

Ability to perform administrative tasks in a time-sensitive manner.

Ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Ability to learn & implement new technology and sources for research & analysis.

Strong communication, execution, and quantitative skills combined with creativity and negotiation abilities.
