We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals with 3-5 years of work experience to handle SEO and Performance Marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our online visibility, enhance our online presence and boost lead generation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for improved search engine visibility
Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms and industry trends to advise optimization strategies
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly. Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign elements, including ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting
Qualifications
Proven experience in SEO and performance marketing
Strong understanding of SEO and digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
Proficiency in campaign optimization techniques, including keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights to stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and driving results
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
