Responsibilities

1. System Administration: Oversee the administration of the Workday system, including configuration, security, and user access management. Lead the implementation of releases and upgrades. Administer routine cadence such as performance management and merit increase cycle.

2. Customization and Development: Evaluate functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday. Perform configuration, testing and documentation. Lead the development and customization to streamline HR processes and enhance system efficiency.

3. Data Management: Establish and maintain data quality standards, perform data audits, and manage data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within Workday.

4. User Support: Provide expert-level user support, troubleshooting issues, assist users in effectively utilizing Workday functionalities, and develop and deliver user training.

5. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards, meeting evolving data and reporting needs.

6. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to Workday enhancements and updates, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

Required Skills

Proven in-depth expertise in Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Time-Off, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance and Recruiting

Proficient in creating and modifying Workday business processes, security, reports, calculated fields and custom objects.

Familiarity with Workday integrations and ability to troubleshoot integration issues.

Must have working knowledge in HR policies, practices and processes.

Ideally holding a Workday Pro accreditation or certification

Effective verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
