The HRBP will be a crucial member of the Corporate Services HR team focusing on HR Partnership, Talent Management, Succession planning, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and HR Processes for the Technology and AI teams within Adani.

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, and addressing cultural and leadership issues.

You will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees across all levels of the organization.

Your responsibilities will encompass various HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Identify and address cultural and leadership challenges, implementing effective solutions to improve employee engagement and productivity.

Employee Connect & Engagement:

Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Work with the TA Partner (s) to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. Provide support in hiring.

Develop and implement onboarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.

Performance Management:

Collaborate with managers to establish performance expectations and goals for employees.

Support the implementation of performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

Provide guidance and coaching to managers on addressing performance issues and promoting employee growth.

Organizational Development:

Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development.

Design and implement initiatives related to training and development, career planning, and succession planning.

Support change management efforts, ensuring successful implementation of organizational changes.

Qualifications

Should be a master’s in human resource management with at least 6-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably in a rapidly scaling organization.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.

Should have a strong understanding of with good Understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management

Strong understanding of cultural and leadership challenges within organizations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR guidance and influence decision-making.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Should have managed difficult stakeholders and difficult situations

Should be adept at using Data Analytics and quantitative techniques for Driving decision making.
