Job Description:

As an Business Development Executive at ParkingAlleys, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations, managing our team, handling office backend work, field work supervision,Coordinating with vendors, Logistic management and contributing to our sales efforts. This multifaceted role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is comfortable with daily travel and fieldwork.

Responsibilities:

- Manage office administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

- Oversee and support fieldwork activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient project management and timely completion of tasks.

- Handle backend office work such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.

- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and facilitating order processing.

- Assist with inventory management and procurement activities as needed.

- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements:

- Freshers and less than 2 years of experience.

- Any Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Willing to learn office administration, fieldwork management, or sales support roles.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members,Vendors and clients.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

- Willingness to travel on a daily basis and possess a valid driver's license.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to drive 50 km daily bases when work demands
