Job Description:
Should have 8 to 12 years of experience in embedded software development.
Strong in C, assembly programming
Experience in preparing software requirements and design specification.
Experience in using tools like IBM DOORS or MKS-PTC or Enterprise Architect, SVN, JIRA
Experience on 8/16/32-bit micro-controllers / processors and their architecture
Experience in different communication protocol like CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C
Understanding the hardware design and related requirement and schematics
Experience in firmware / middleware development for 8/16/32-bit processors
Experience of using debuggers, test equipment like DSO, function generator and tools like CANalyzer, Canoe, Vectorcast
Experience in using scripting language like PERL, CAPL, Python
Knowledge in RTOS and non-RTOS based software development.
Experience in workflow for SDLC, V-model
Should have knowledge on software testing.
Should be able to understand the Hardware design.
Analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
Creative and innovative
Should be a good team player.
Good knowledge of functional safety for automotive domain
Team management skills
