Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the development and relationship management of service partners across India. Service partners include hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers/ vision and dental centers/ home care treatment providers /allied medical service providers, and other partners that will add value in services to Corporate customers.

2. Key Account Management of strategic network providers across India.

3. Network enhancement of appropriate providers to service client specific requirements and carry out credentialing of Service Providers

4. Pricing strategy with Network Service providers for Corporate Clients.

5. Ensuring processes Cashless facilitation for OPD Consults and other value added offerings through the Network Partners.

Must Have Skills & Required Experience:

- Experienced professional with at least 7 years of experience in medical network relationship management including Strategic/business planning, key account management, provider management, financial negotiations, provider agreements.

- Networking Skills with service partners across India

- Supply Chain Management

- Experience with OPD partnerships

- Experience with diagnostic partnerships

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Good Execution Skills

- Team Management Skills - Should've handled a team of at least 5-10 people

Min Relevant Exp: 7 years

Job location: Noida

WFO, 6 days a week, 2 Sats off in a month
