Position: Store Manager

Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560300

Store Manager - Central Kitchen, Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and managing product orders.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper storage, handling, and labelling of food products.

Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize operational risks.

Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other kitchen supplies.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Receipt of all materials, initial inspection of vehicle and materials, material sampling and coordinating for QC clearance of all RMs/PM

Managing all processes which include cleaning and washing of fresh vegetables and other ingredients before storage.

Proper maintenance of temperature at various storage facilities as per requirement

Allergen management at all storage facilities

Ensuring Batch management and FMFO at all times

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and occupational safety guidelines.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, sales, and personnel matters.

Conduct regular store audits to identify and address any safety or compliance issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food industry (ideally in a Food Factory environment) of minimum 8 to 10 years.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Proficient in inventory management, sales analysis, and financial management.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
