Role Description
This is a full-time Chef De Partie role located in Greater Delhi Area. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation and cooking of food in a professional kitchen. Your duties will include assisting in menu planning, preparing ingredients, cooking meals, supervising junior chefs, and ensuring food quality and presentation. This role requires excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Experience in a professional kitchen environment
Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Creativity and passion for culinary arts
Culinary degree or related certification is a plus
