TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description Summary

• Over 12+ years of experience in OSS solutions implementation, System integration & delivery for large Communication Service providers

Strong delivery experience including NG OSS, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance and ITServices.

Expertise and knowledge on Solution Architecture, Design & Implementation of Telecom Network Inventory Management Systems such as IQGEO / 3-GIS /Granite / Cramer/ M6 / UIM or any other Telecom Network Inventory platform

Over 12+ years of experience in OSS solutions implementation, System integration & delivery for large Communication Service providers

Strong delivery experience including NG OSS, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance and ITServices.

Expertise and knowledge on Solution Architecture, Design & Implementation of Telecom Network Inventory Management Systems such as IQGEO / 3-GIS /Granite / Cramer/ M6 / UIM or any other Telecom Network Inventory platform

Responsible for Delivery management and acountable for Delivery, Customer satisfaction & employee satisfaction

Support in Presales and Sales team in winning new business

Maintain Resource Utilization, P&L and provide revenue forecasting

Responsible for Client Relationship and Account Management, Service Delivery, P&L, Strategy & Planning, Transitions, Capacity Planning, Business Continuity, People Management.

Ensure Associate and Customer Satisfaction Scores are maintained at or above recommended levels

Drive on time delivery of projects (onshore/offshore) through regular reviews. Coordinate the efforts of all the functions

Lead the project management plans with the defined project scope including project resource needs, high level timelines, project communications, assumptions, risks and overall project approach etc

Develops and administers project budgets, schedules, and performance standards.

Ensuring delivery according to project timelines in order to ensure revenue recognition according to the forecast. Manages project issues/risks in a timely manner and appropriately escalating when necessary.

Successfully delivered large projects, on-time/on-budget by leading cross-functional team utilizing project management best practices

Experience in deliverying complex solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.

Managed multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment and ensured that all projects were delivered on-time and within budget.

Manage development team in developing solutions without any delays and good quality with overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.

Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualification: BE/BTech and MBA
