Any freshers or candidates with work experience of 1 to 3 years in any domain can also apply, provided that the candidate speaks English fluently and without any grammatical errors.
Free training on Medical Billing (AR Calling) will be provided.
This is a night shift position based in our delivery center in Ambattur IE, Chennai. WFH option is not available. Free pick up and drop will be provided to your home location (within Chennai city limits).
Roles & Responsibilities:
An Accounts Receivable (AR) caller is a professional who follows up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied medical claims. Their primary duties and responsibilities include following up on unpaid medical claims, analyzing insurance documentation (Explanation of Benefits), verifying patient information and resolving claim issues to enable clients to efficiently collect their revenue.
