Education Criteria :

• Graduate in Computer Science or Information Systems

Experience Level :

• 5+ years of experience in IT technical support and operations

• 2 + years of hands-on experience work on any of the public cloud platform (Azure or AWS)

• Azure design, development, networking, integration

• Experience and understanding of cloud security policies, infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments.

Technical Skills (Essential): • Azure design, development, networking, integration • Experience and understanding of cloud security policies, infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments • Experience in Infrastructure as a code (IaaC) Job Description Cloud Engineer • Have experience in customer engagements involving from requirement gathering to delivery with respect to infrastructure on cloud • Hands on experience in Azure S2S and P2S VPN setup and configuration • Expert in Windows and Linux operating systems • Knowledge on Active Directory engineering, support, migration • Experience in IT infrastructure on DNS, DHCP, AD, Windows Server • System Integration: SFTP, MQ, Webservices, etc... • Intermediate knowledge in networking (Firewall, VPN gateway, Azure Vnet, Network Security Groups, etc…) • Knowledge in setting up Virtual Machines, Storage, Access Control, network security controls, etc… • Knowledge in systems monitoring tools and reporting

Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the company’s cloud infrastructure • Provision and configure core cloud services: VMs, storage, network, database, services using Infrastructure as a code (IaaC) • Maintain the overall cloud network architecture • Manage VMs and Templates • Manage cloud storage • Diagnose and remediate performance and reliability issues with deployed cloud solutions Job Description Cloud Engineer • Adhere to the procedures and controls for the management and maintenance of the Managed Services for improved customer service delivery. • Patch and upgrade infrastructure components in a scheduled and controlled manner • Setup and maintain infrastructure service monitoring and reporting capability to ensure that exceptions are managed on a proactive basis. • Assist with providing and delivering both scheduled and unscheduled support services. • Assist with the maintenance and review of application security policies, covering infrastructure, software, and data. • Assist in Disaster Recovery tests and procedures • Setup and maintain VPN connections with subscribed customers • Provide telephone support • Provide out of hours support as required on a rota Opportunity : • Immerse yourself in the Financial and Payments sector world. • Be part of an international team Location : ChennaI
