Responsibilities-:

Supporting our clients on multiple projects on Research and Analytics related to Leveraged and Acquisition Finance

This job requires working closely with clients developing investment memorandum, credit memos and detailed cash flow models.

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support potential deals

Building detailed financial model for the company including historical operating & financial metrics projections with detailed revenue drivers and cost assumptions, capital structure analysis, de-leveraging potential based on forecasted free cash flows

Having an understanding of Term sheets, understanding of covenants, etc would be helpful

Preparation of detailed information memorandums / credit memos including financial commentary, industry research, and hypothetical model case scenarios using secondary research and other databases.

Valuation using different methodologies – Trading, transaction comparables, DCF

Key Qualification and Competencies

Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA orEquivv.)

Minimum 2-6 years of relevant experience

Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in Client handling

Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance

Should be well versed with MS Office suite especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point (extensive use of excel models, word and PowerPoint)

Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc
