About the Role

The e-learning Content Developer will need to develop courses on required subjects for a learning application (the courses will be hosted on a Mobile app). The selected person will be part of the Learning and Development team of Dr. Reddy’s Foundation.

Responsibilities Include

1. Online/Offline Research

2. Curriculum development

3. Chunking the courses into small & meaningful sessions

4.Recording content to create high quality video lessons

Requirements

Excellent written and oral English communication

Experienced in Instructional design(designing & creating e-learning content)

Strong knowledge of learner-centered instruction and other adult learning theories

Confident in front of the camera(to record course videos)

Ability to think critically and creatively

Excellent inter-personal skills

Pay: Up-to 6 lakh per annum plus other benefits
