Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum goals and learning objectives set by the Dean of Language Studies.

2 Student Assessment and Feedback:

Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and language proficiency, using both formative and summative evaluation techniques.

Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance, offering personalized guidance to support their learning journey.

3 Curriculum Support and Development:

Assist the Dean in curriculum development efforts by providing insights on the effectiveness of teaching materials and student learning outcomes.

Suggest improvements and updates to the curriculum based on classroom experiences and the latest educational research.

4 Professional Development:

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and language teaching trends.

Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.

5 Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the Dean and other staff members to ensure the seamless implementation of language programs and initiatives.
