Our client, located in the Downtown Toronto area is seeking a Payroll and Finance Administrator to join their team! This is a full-time, 11-month contract position and offers a hybrid work arrangement. If you have experience processing payroll and enjoy working in accounting and assisting accounts payable this could be a good opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Processing full cycle payroll for 150 employees across Ontario on a biweekly basis
Collecting & reviewing timesheets
Payroll reconciliations, remittances, T4 processing
Full cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching
Qualifications
Preferred 3+ years in full-cycle payroll
1+ years of accounts payable experience
PCP certification preferred
Experience in a standalone position or comfortable processing payroll independently
Good attention to detail and accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
