Five9 is looking for a Deal Desk Supervisor to join our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for leading a team of Deal Desk analysts in all aspects of their roles. The position reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Oversees and assists the Deal Desk Analysts with quote/order processing. Ensure opportunities and quotes are properly created and tracked in Salesforce.

Audit transactions and validate the inclusion of appropriate required documents and approvals

Responsible for a strong and efficient month end/quarter end close. Thrive in a high-transaction, high volume sales environment especially during EOM and EOQ.

Manages Salesops cases assignments and maintain SLAs.

Acts as the primary liaison between Deal Desk, Sales and Billing teams

Assist with operational process improvements to increase the effectiveness of Deal Desk

Develop a culture of continuous improvement and collaborating encouraging sophisticated problem solving through team participation

Effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously

Mentor and develop direct reports

Conduct highly effective mentor Document processes and maintain a clear understanding of standard operating procedures and sales policies

Be a role model in areas of personal character, dedication, work habits and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

2+ years operating in a leadership capacity

4+ years operating in a Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Operations or related role

Basic understanding of contract management

Ability to thrive during a fast paced, transaction driven environment

Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales and other cross functional teams

Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ experience
