Product Analytics Manager

The Product Analytics Manager will play a key role in deriving insights from product data to inform strategic decision-making by the product and leadership teams. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining reports and dashboards, managing and implementing internal tools, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and technical proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on product performance, user behavior, and other key metrics to the product and leadership teams.

- Ensure product metrics are meaningfully tracked and represented using Gainsight PX.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

- Manage and implement internal tools to optimize product management processes and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analytics and reporting.

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through the strategic use of analytics and tools.

Key Qualifications:

- Background in Business Analytics or a related field.

- Proven experience in data analytics and reporting, preferably within the enterprise software industry.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
