General Responsibilities
The principal responsibility of the Potshack position is to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining facility in accordance with the contract requirements.
Organization of work area and stations throughout shift
Physical Requirements
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Work in a standing position in the dining facility and kitchen area for 6 to 7 hours (excluding break and lunch periods)
Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, twist, extend, for entire shift
Properly use PPE (provided) to ensure and withstand extremely hot water/air temperatures for entire shift
Knowledge to maintain and use the Commercial Dishwasher in each stationAdditional Responsibilities
Adhere to the Company rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook.
