Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers with precision and efficiency.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, including equipment maintenance and routine cleaning.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and handling of perishable items.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications/Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in coffee preparation or hospitality management are a plus.

Previous experience working as a Barista in a hotel, café, or similar establishment preferred.
