Qualifications:

- Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in drafting.

- Proficiency in AUTOCAD software

- Experience in SOLIDWORKS will be an add on, otherwise should be willing to learn it on the job

- Experience in the related industry would be plus, but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

- Lead the design and development of new pump products and components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.

- Conduct design reviews and make necessary modifications based on feedback and testing results.

2. CAD Modeling and Drafting:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings for pump components and assemblies.

- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and specifications.

- Maintain an organized database of design files and documentation.

3. Technical Support:

- Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality control, and sales teams.

- Assist in resolving design-related issues during production and testing phases.

4. Innovation and Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product design efficiency and performance.

5. Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Strong proficiency in CAD software, with a deep understanding of mechanical design principles.
