Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at ClearDeals. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales.

Salary CTC: Rs 2.40 to Rs 3.60 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand the local real estate market strongly.

2. Actively seek out and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling and leads provided through telesales.

3. Meet, Present, and showcase our services to seller clients and convince them to opt for our service plans.

Able to work on the field and do a minimum of 6 meets per day.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns to attract potential seller clients.

6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the client and the company.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Strong Closing Skills

Good at Inter personal communication

Proven track record in sales

Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
