Role Summary : As a Project Manager specializing in Real Estate and Co-Working, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and management of our workspace projects. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to construction and occupancy. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards, while also meeting the unique requirements of our co-working model.

Key Deliverables :

1-Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.

2-Site Selection and Acquisition: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sites for new co-working spaces. Evaluate properties based on factors such as location, accessibility, zoning regulations, and cost feasibility. Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with property owners.

3-Design and Development: Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to develop conceptual plans and layouts for co-working spaces. Coordinate the design process, ensuring alignment with company branding and standards. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for construction.

4-Construction Management: Oversee the construction phase of projects, monitoring progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of work. Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any concerns.

5-Tenant Coordination: Facilitate the leasing process for co-working tenants, including space planning, lease negotiations, and tenant improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants throughout the occupancy phase, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.

6-Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop project budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses against approved budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project profitability.

7-Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project delivery or outcomes. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

8-Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions. Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to promote collaboration and teamwork.

Key Competencies :

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Experience with co-working or flexible workspace projects is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives, and make sound decisions.

Results-oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.

Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed and work occasional evenings or weekends to meet project deadlines.
