Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering software excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, with a primary focus on the Robot Framework.

Coordinate testing activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of test plans.

Work closely with development teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

Design, write, and execute automated test scripts that verify software functionalities and performance.

Analyze test results, document issues, and work collaboratively to resolve defects.

Train and mentor junior testers in automation practices and tools.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of professional experience in test automation.

Profound knowledge of the Robot Framework and other test automation tools.

Strong programming skills and experience in scripting languages.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) systems.

Previous experience in an e-commerce environment.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
