Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager - Region Sales

Role: Sales Relationship Management

No. of Requirement: 2

Experience: 3-4 years in Sales / Business Development TL role

Location: Dadar (Wadala), Mumbai

You will be the custodian of your villas in your region, taking care at every stage right from onboarding to sales. You will be the point of contact for all the Home Owners for their respective homes; and coordinate with internal stakeholders for various aspects for the smooth functioning of the villa and achieving their sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Be the SPOC for all Home Owners assigned to your portfolio.

Take responsibility for the sales targets for the homes in your sector

Study competition and also determine pricing and promotions

Work on good visibility on OTAs and website

Work with Marketing and Communications team

Mentor inside sales teams to achieve the targets

Periodic visits to the homes and homeowners

Hold and nurture Relationships with HNIs

Occasionally, help resolve customer escalations for sales/ post-check-out issues
