Title: AGM - Annual Credit Review Trainer
Candidate expectation and Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 13+ yrs of experience required in Training & Credit Review
Trainers must demonstrate the ability to deliver all Corporate & Commercial Banking Credit training content effectively, as well as follow all client training agendas.
Should be tenured in their role with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience delivering training content and understanding of training nuances.
Trainers assigned to the engagement shall demonstrate:
Upskill resources on evolving Corporate & Commercial banking Credit and Analytical Skills
Able to understand upstream/downstream of Credit Functions, Risk Analysis and business/product requirements
Build batch for upcoming financial, credit assignments with relevant skills
Strong organization and time management skills; Coordinate with customers effectively to understand the requirements and credit practices
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage new hires
Maintaining open communication with Corporate & Commercial Banks Bank accounts training team and make revisions to materials as necessary when requested.
Keeping abreast of trainee learning trends; Ability to conduct virtual training as well as in-person training.
Providing support and mentoring for new Credit Analysts while conducting an evaluation and identifying areas where improvements are needed.
Ensuring compliance with Credit Guidelines, Product guidelines, (SOPs)Standard Operating Procedures during training
