1. Drafting, negotiating and closer of legal Agreements

2. Setting up and implementing contracting process and repository for the company

3. Legal Advisory on Insurance Regulation and other legal issues

4. Managing high stake consumer, civil and criminal litigation

5. Giving insurance claim related opinions

6. Handling Audit related issues and auditors conducted time to time

7. Advising HR department on various legal issues

8. Drafting & vetting key policies for the company

9. Standardizing the contracts for the company

10. Legal vetting of processes and SoP’s to ensure that they comply with various laws

11. Vetting and drafting of complaints, notices, letters and various other legal documents.
