Job Title

Executive - Global Mobility

Location: Noida

Educational Background:

B.E/BTech/MBA/BL

Key Responsibilities:

Hands on experience in managing the Visa stamping process.

Detailed understanding on visa processing for North America, Europe, Middle East and APAC countries.

Basic understanding on US/ROW Work Permit processing

Maintain and update Visa Stamping Checklist

Validation of the visa applications and ensure accuracy.

Guide visa applicants on the Consulate / Embassy requirements visa submissions.

Co-ordinate with implants, collection / submission of visa applications

Preparation of visa cover letter / support letter for the visa stamping

Maintain visa documents for repository, update internal visa system for MIS and reports

Qualification:

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Good knowledge on visa processing for USA, EMEA, APAC and ME region is mandatory.

Prior experience as visa executive in a corporate company/VFS/IT Services is a must.
