Sr Merchandising Associate- Business Operations

The Sr Merchandising Associate will be part of Business Operations team where you will leverage your skills and business acumen to achieve the organization and team goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

lines are set up on the system for JC Penney Stores & JC Penney website.

all data on the systems are updated accurately and on time so that stores & online have the right items at the right time.

necessary information(item attributes) to set up the items by working with the Home Office teams.

have a zero-error rate for all line creations.

to manage volumes in peak periods.

& Input data consistently, accurately and to meet deadlines.

of balancing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changingenvironment to meet tight deadlines.

maintains, and updates data, reports and records required by management utilizing appropriate computer software.

related clerical and administrative activities such as responding to emailand managing trackers.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

Equivalent work experience of 1-3 years

Good Communication Skills both verbal & written

Analytical Skills & problem Solving abilities

Attention to detail & Good Numerical Skills

Ability to juggle competing priorities with ease

Maintain 100% accuracy scores.

Experience & Knowledge of basic MS Excel

Oracle Retail Management System knowledge is added advantage
