Senior Steel Estimator

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Estimator with Miscellaneous and Structural Steel construction experience ready to hit the ground running. Our client does fabrication and installation as well as design.

This is NOT a hybrid or remote position. This will be onsite from M- F.

What you will do as a Senior Steel Estimator

Review project plans and provide estimates

put together bid packages

Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and installation

Good communication and diligence with following up with customers

Material Take Off

Ability to read design drawings/blueprints

Estimate -Large and Small projects.

Estimate Multiple projects with deadlines/follow up after bid submission.

Review contract to make any revision of scope of work

Additional responsibilities as assigned

What you will need as a Senior Structural Steel Estimator

7+ years of experience as a steel estimator

experience leading a team of Estimators and working collaboratively

experience estimating projects from 100 K to 10 M
