Bilingual Sales Management Manager, Semiconductor (English/Korean)

Leading global semiconductor manufacturer. Our client is a multinational electronic component company headquartered in San Jose, CA. The company produces chip parts such as MLCCs, semiconductor substrates, camera modules, network modules and printed circuit boards.
[Job Description]
Key Responsibilities
Establishing sales strategy for the following year’s MBO and Mid-long-term plan
Predicting the revenue decline factors associated with each product and customer and developing recovery plan
Periodically providing updates on market, industry and key customers trends
Preparing monthly revenue reports for executives on current month and quarter plan
Consolidating business item for Bi-Weekly CEO reports such as critical issues, progress, outcomes, etc.
Managing revenue forecast with upside & risk on a weekly basis
Managing sales split rates by products between oversea branches
Managing monthly sales closing report with upside & risk analysis
Coordinating with HQ regarding revenue activity issues and processes
Managing data for main customer/product with M/S, TAM/SAM and back data
Operating weekly Meetings (Weekly Biz meeting, Weekly Revenue meeting)
Arranging and preparing for strategy workshops and HQ strategy meetings twice a year[Qualifications]
Skills and Specifications
6 - 10 years of experience in Management or Sales/Marketing Support team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics and Statistics preferred
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean
Must have excellent reporting skills with MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to analyze revenue and communicate with sales and marketing in real time
Be able to have a strategic mindset and leadership in order to lead and support sales & marketing; including engineering department
Ability to build relationships with Sales, PM, TM and encourage/drive the teams to achieve sales goal
Ability to enjoy and work effectively in a fast paced, ambiguous environment of constant change
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
