Key Responsibilities:

Communication Maestro: Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Master of Coordination: Scheduling, bookkeeping, and some social media marketing wizardry.

Sales Enthusiast: Up-selling our range of services.

Team Player: Seamless communication with our field crews.

Requirements:

High school diploma.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience with scheduling software.

Upbeat attitude, clear phone voice.

Monday to Friday availability (no weekends!).

Daily Adventures:

Answering calls from our valued customers.

Delving into the intricacies of our scheduling software.

Keeping in touch with our field crews for smooth operations.

Estimating property sizes and providing immediate quotes.

Crafting and sharing engaging content on social media.

Handling customer concerns promptly and professionally.
