Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a strong background in project management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of professional experience in architecture, demonstrate proficiency in Revit, and possess proven project management expertise.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and expectations.

Utilize advanced proficiency in Revit to create and develop detailed architectural drawings, models, and documentation.

Conduct site visits, assessments, and feasibility studies to inform the design and decision-making process.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring the highest quality of design and documentation.

Oversee and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other external partners involved in the project.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client expectations and firm standards.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the project team and across the organization.

Stay current with industry trends, codes, and advancements in architecture and design.

Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in Revit software is mandatory; experience with other design and visualization tools is a plus.

Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and external partners.

Ability to lead and motivate a project team towards successful project outcomes.

Understanding of sustainable design principles and experience with LEED certification is desirable.

Professional licensure as an architect is preferred.
