Description

TJU needs a team of 5 desktop techs to come in behind large deployments for the Epic project and provide some post-deployment support.

3-5 years’ experience

Windows 10 literate

Citrix experience

Service Now (or other ticketing system)

Microsoft Office Suite

Strong hardware troubleshooting experience with PCs/Laptops/Printers/Thin Clients/Mobile Devices/Peripherals

• Barcode scanners

• Document scanners

HC preferred, but not necessity

Resume review/Phone interview – one and done with manager (Don Arnold)

ASAP start

Need to be able to travel from location to location if necessary

Additional Information

Techs will work at all of the Abington/Aria clinical locations and physician sites. The five in-patient hospitals are: Jefferson Lansdale, Jefferson Abington, Jefferson Bucks, Jefferson Torresdale and Jefferson Frankford. Ideally the tech will have a primary location they are support, but need to be flexible and capable of getting to any of the other locations.

Need for 5 desktop technicians to help provide support after departments get new equipment deployed. 3-5 years of desktop experience with Windows 10 proficiency, hardware troubleshooting experience and ability to support a Citrix environment is necessary.

Deployments must be completed before EPIC go-live date or EPIC will not properly run, which will prevent patient documents and charts to run on the most up to date EMR software.
