The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on capital markets. The candidate should also have expertise in SQL and hold a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certificatio

n

. Responsibilitie

s:

· Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data within the capital or fixed markets doma

in.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stor

ies.

·Perform data analysis and create detailed reports to support decision-making proce

sses.

·Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operational effic

iency.

·Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requir

ements.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute projec

t plans.

Requ

irements:

· CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is

required.

· Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital or fixed market

s industry.

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a re

lated field.

· Strong knowledge of capital markets products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and invest

ment banking.

· Proficiency in SQL for data analysis

and querying.

· Excellent analytical and problem-

solving skills.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and

tools is a plus.

· Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requireme

nts is desirable.
