Environmental Manager

Our client is hiring for an Environmental Superintendent to oversee the environmental management at one of their sites. This role will be a fly in fly out role, 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off and can be homebased anywhere within Canada. The Environmental Superintendent will ensure regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship. This role leads a team of environmental staff, manages budgets, and facilitates permitting for the site.

The Role

Leads and manages environmental compliance for the site, ensuring adherence to regulations and sustainable practices.

Oversees a team of environmental staff, develops monitoring plans, and facilitates all permitting.

Provides technical expertise and leadership during regulatory inspections and implements corrective actions for environmental issues.

The Candidate

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science or similar

Minimum 3 years experience leading a team of Environmental Professionals

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Experience working in a Camp environment
