The Role

Are you a seasoned SEO professional with a proven track record in technical SEO, reporting, analysis, and optimization? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, particularly within an agency setting, where you've successfully managed campaigns for big brands and large budgets? If so, we want you to join our team as an SEO Strategist. This role can be done 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

Technical SEO Expertise: Leverage your in-depth technical SEO knowledge to analyze and optimize websites for improved search engine visibility, performance, and user experience.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate insightful reports using industry-leading tools to monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing actionable recommendations to enhance overall SEO strategy.

Campaign Optimization: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client objectives, ensuring optimal results for campaigns with significant scale, big brands, and substantial budgets.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, communicate strategies effectively, and build lasting relationships. Provide consultation and guidance on SEO best practices.

Agency Exposure: Ideally, bring experience working in an agency environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional results.

Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and align with best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven track record in implementing successful SEO strategies with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical SEO skills, including but not limited to on-page optimization, site architecture, and performance optimization.

Client-Focused: Experience working directly with clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into effective SEO strategies.

Budget Management: Demonstrated experience managing SEO campaigns with significant budgets, delivering measurable results.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and surpassing key performance indicators and client expectations.

Remote Work: Comfortable working in a 100% remote position while being based in Toronto.
