Power Designer - Sr. Eng

Duration: 8 months contract, Full-Time

Employment Type: W-2

Job Description:

· Drive and automate the PTPX and Power Artist flows.

· Analyze power reports and provide feedback on design optimizations.

· Implement and debug power test cases and participate in test debug.

Responsibilities:

· Strong with scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby and Python.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems and debug tools.

· A good team player who learns and thrives in team settings.

· Capable of independently driving tasks and activities to completion in an organized and timely manner

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience

Skills:

· 3+ years of industry and hands-on experience in UVM.

· Strong background in ASIC Design flow and Design Verification.

· Knowledgeable with PTPX and Power Artist.

· Experienced with Verilog, System Verilog, C and C++

Education:

Bachelor/Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
