Role Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer with a distinct emphasis on testing frameworks and quality assurance to join our innovative team. This role is perfect for a professional who is keen on overseeing both the development and thorough testing of our web and mobile platforms, ensuring robustness and top-notch performance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in full-stack technologies and experienced in implementing testing frameworks and strategies in a data-intensive environment.

Our tech stack: React.js, React Native, Django, AWS, MySQL

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain features across the full stack of our technology stack.

- Design and implement robust QA processes and automated test frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of both new features and existing functionalities.

- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate QA methodologies into the software lifecycle.

- Lead the development and execution of test cases, plans, and QA workflows.

- Ensure that all aspects of quality, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing are covered.

- Mentor junior engineers and QA staff, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

- Build and improve an entire testing framework for frontend web apps and backend apis from scratch.

- Integrate and manage issue monitoring tools such as Sentry or LogRocket to enhance front-end reliability and track application performance in real-time.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in QA, software development, and system deployments.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on Testing.

- 5+ years of relevant industry engineering experience, including hands-on QA and testing experience.

- Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, Django, and SQL.

- Experience with test automation tools like Jest, Cypress, or similar.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Leadership skills with the ability to drive QA initiatives and influence software development practices.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
