Summary of Position:
Create and manage global wellness programs and engagement activities that reinforce a culture of wellness and teammate connectedness.
Responsibilities:
Wellness:
Coordinate with global HR teammates to provide wellness programing for their region
Wellness Strategy for the US that ties into benefits plan
Manage programs tied to benefits including biometrics, wellness coaching, risk levels, and reporting
Quarterly Wellness HSA funding
Work with food vendor in the Chow Hall to ensure healthy options and coordinates CSA delivery.
Responsible for wellness portal management, education, and communication.
Wellness communication pieces such as the monthly Built to Last newsletter, contribute to Monthly Bark, SharePoint and Teams
Gym
Responsible for Knoxville gym, programing and classes
Coordinate contract trainers and instructors
Fitness plan development as requested by teammates.
Manages quarterly gym and race reimbursements.
Coordinate and plan wellness events such as annual Biometric Screening Events and Fittest Company Challenges.
Facilitate local and global wellness events such as step challenges, hydration challenges, and holiday programs.
Onsite Clinic
Work closely with the clinician
Coordinate and plan additional offerings in the clinic such as flu shots
Facilitate events connected to the clinic such as Flu Shot Clinics, Lunch and Learns, and Covid Vaccines.
Quarterly review presentation to manager and HR director
Safety Team Member
Responsible for bi-annual coordination of CPR certification for teammates and assists with SharePoint page updates.
Engagement:
Coordinate annual global engagement events with international HR teammates.
Responsible for monthly birthday lunches and anniversary gift communication
Coordinate quarterly teammate activities such as Cinco de Mayo, Dog Days of Summer, International Beer Day, and Holiday Events.
Develops and leads local and remote engagement team cohorts to plan and facilitate events.
Management of the Kudos platform
Troubleshooting file feed
Reconciling invoices
Building campaigns
Reconciling points
Benefits:
Work closely with benefits manager, benefits specialist, and claims data
Co-leader of the annual Health and Benefits Fair
Supports management of Benefits Inbox, New Teammate Orientation, Open Enrollment, and Benefits SharePoint page.
Responsible for lactation rooms, and lactation benefits, and new birth company gifts.
Qualifications:
Masters in a health-related field such as Exercise Science or Public Health
5+ years of experience in the wellness industry
CPR Certified and Certified Personal Trainer
Must be able to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues
Ability to organize and prioritize work, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Accountabilities:
Linked to the Human Resources Balanced Scorecard goals and initiatives
Knoxville medical clinic and TextCare usage, utilization
Participation in wellness events and programs
Healthcare Wellness Program metrics:
Participation and low, moderate and high-risk stratification
Multiple Budgets and Company Credit Card Management
