The Role:

As a Solar Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, design, and execution of solar projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that exceed client expectations and contribute to a greener future.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the engineering design and planning process for solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to optimize system performance and maximize energy output.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate project activities, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; Masters degree preferred.

Proven experience in solar project engineering, with a strong understanding of solar PV technologies, design principles, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in CAD software, PV system modeling tools, and project management software.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
