Branch Manager

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in packaging or related industry

Proficiency in warehouse operations and safety regulations

Knowledge of health and safety compliance and labour laws

Computer literacy

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Management Excellence: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Foster a positive work environment through effective industrial relations management

Strategic Procurement: Oversee procurement activities to secure quality materials at competitive prices. Keep a keen eye on stock levels and implement efficient inventory management practices

Efficient Warehousing: Supervise warehouse operations to ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. Optimize layouts and workflows for maximum efficiency

Logistics Mastery: Manage our fleet of vehicles and coordinate logistics operations for timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Motivate sales teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

Streamlined Administration: Oversee administrative functions, including accounts receivable and payable. Keep a close watch on debtors and creditors to maintain financial health

Facilities Management: Ensure our branch facilities are well-maintained and provide a safe, productive workspace
