Job Description
Some of your responsibilities as Bookkeeper will include:
Preparing and sending invoices
Preparing financial reports
Assisting with payroll
Maintaining accurate financial records
Following up on outstanding payments
Resolving discrepancies and/or issues
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
Collaborating with clients to ensure accurate financial reporting
Other duties as assigned
To qualify for the Bookkeeper, you must have an Associate’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience. As well as:
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Working knowledge of bookkeeping practices
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel)
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
