Customer Service Representative - Insurance Commercial Lines

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Insurance Commercial Lines to join our team. You will assist our sales force and inside account managers. Property/Casualty insurance license preferred. Prior insurance experience is highly preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established independent agency in Dublin.

We are also open to PART-TIME applicants

Responsibilities:

Correspond and communicate with agency clients

Process new and renewal insurance policies

Support for our agency producers

Assist clients and prospects in servicing insurance policies

Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Applied Epic Agency Management System is desirable.

Communication and organizational skills are important.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
