We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Light Industrial Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for light industrial roles and a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment.

**THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION, MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various light industrial and skilled trade positions including CNC machinist, warehouse workers, production associates, assembly line workers, and machine operators.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.

Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate and understand staffing needs, providing consultative expertise to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer process.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the light industrial sector.

Strong understanding of light industrial roles and requirements.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Company Description
