Automation Personnel Services is looking for Warehouse Forklift Operators for a company based in Lakeland, FL. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple departments and gain valuable knowledge. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, organizing, and retrieving stock, and other related duties. Pay Rate

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience and shift.

Bonus pay is offered based on production after the probationary period.

Schedule and Hours

2nd shift is Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Warehouse Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the efficient operation of receiving areas, shipping areas, supply storerooms, warehouses, and stock issue stations by applicable supply procedures and verbal instructions.

Sets up and maintains efficient storage and supply areas as assigned.

Perform warehouse functions including order picking and palletizing.

Operate forklift and electric pallet jack.

Assists in cycle counts, auditing, and physical inventories.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent.

Experience in distribution center operations or previous warehouse experience

Experience operating forklift and electric pallet jack.

Requires the ability to perform physical labor and accurately follow verbal or written instructions.

Able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
